Return/Refund Policy

At, we pride ourselves on making you happy. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as convenient as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully. 

    • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of the date of receipt as long as it’s in new, unused condition with all tags attached for an exchange or a refund. We cannot refund shipping charges unless we have made an error in your order. Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted.
  • If you are returning more than 10 items: If your return consists of more than 10 items, there will be a restocking charge of 25% on the value of item #11 and on.

    • Refund Issuance: If the returned plush meets our return policy requirements, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider.

    To return your item(s), please follow the instructions below:

    1. Contact our Customer Support at to inform us about the return and tracking number. 
    2. Use secure boxing and make sure the item is properly packaged. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are delayed, lost or damaged as a result of improper packaging.

      Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee the safe return of the item.

    • the item you are returning

    • a copy of your original packing slip that arrived with your package.
